**Please note, if we need to pick up and/or return a key/FOB to the office of your complex before/after a dog walk/pet sit, we will add on an additional 15 minutes ($5.00) to our time scheduled (i.e. a 30 minute dog walk will be scheduled/charged for 45 minutes) for our extra time spent.
We have two estimated arrival time frames for mid day walks. Our two time frames are:

Need to Schedule Dog Walking?
Our schedule, which runs from Monday through Sunday, is created one week in advance. Once you know your dog walking needs, please log on to PetSitClick to request dog walking. If you know your dog walking needs a month in advance, please place your request 10-15 days before the start of the month.
If your needs change weekly, please be sure to log on to PetSitClick the Thursday before the week you will need dog walking in order for us to accommodate your request.

Dog Walking
Option 1 - Pick up dogs (up to two dogs from the same household), exercise the dogs, return them home, refresh the dogs' water bowls, give treats (with clients' permission) and send a quick email or text with photo to let the owner know how the walk went (for a total of 30 minutes).

Dog Walking Cancelation Policies
After you request dog walking via PetSitClick, someone from AWLL will contact you to let you know if your dates have been approved/if we have availability.
Soon after, you will receive our service confirmation. Please read it over. If you see any errors or need to make any changes, let us know ASAP. If no changes need to be made, please email us to let us know you have approved the dates and terms of our service confirmation. A Quickbooks invoice will then be emailed to you. Invoices need to be paid on or before the due date to avoid penalty.
Cancelation Policies:
When canceling a dog walk, please log into PSC Customer Login Site and click on the “View – Change - Cancel Services” bar. You should be able to view your upcoming scheduled visits. (It is here you can view who the scheduled walker will be. *The dog walkers' mobile phone numbers are listed on your Quickbooks invoice)
As of November 1, 2017, A Whole Lotta Love will be charging a $5.00 administrative fee for each and any changes made to the original PetSitClick (PSC) Service Confirmation (whether it is adding a service or canceling a service).
Dog walking clients who make their service requests weekly, will now be invoiced on a weekly basis. Your request needs to be made through PetSitClick by Thursday for the following week. Any additions or cancelations needs to be made through PSC as well. Weekly invoices need to be paid by the Friday of the following week.
In order to insure credit for a canceled dog walk (cost of the walk minus the $5.00 administrative fee), we ask for you to give us 24 (or more) hours notice from the start of your ETA when canceling a specific dog walk.
Once we receive your request, you will receive back a confirmation recognizing receipt of your cancelation request.
A $12.50 service fee will be added for any Quickbooks payment returned due to insufficient funds.
The schedule for the following week is made on Thursdays. All requests for dog walking need to be made via PetSitClick (PSC) by Thursday for the following week. Any requests given after Thursday will be subject to availability.
Any non-overnight pet sitting visit scheduled before 7:00 am and/or after 8:00 pm with have a $5.00 surcharge added per visit. (Any visit needed before 6:00 am or after 10:00 pm needs to be approved/scheduled and will have an additional charge)
You can optionally choose to meet with additional dog walkers/pet sitters for the cost of $18.00 for a 30 minute meeting per individual. Please let us know if you would like to schedule a meet and greet with any of our dog walkers.
We require a copy of your house key a week prior to the first visit. If you require us to make an additional visit to pick-up or drop off a key a $10.00 fee will be added.
With your permission, we will take pictures of your pet during our visits and send you a correspondence with a picture.
*2020 Summer Inclement Weather Dog Walking Cancelation Policy
If during our walks the weather becomes severe (thunder, lightning, high winds, hail, extreme heat) or otherwise dangerous, we reserve the right to shorten the walk for our safety and the safety of your pet(s). Your pet will have the opportunity to relieve him/herself outdoors and we will spend the remainder of our scheduled walk participating in an indoor activity (petting, playing, snuggling and/or brushing…if you would like another activity, please advise). Weather permitting we will do our best on those days to arrive within the requested time frame on that day. Please note the assigned dog walker for that visit may change if necessary. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please let us know.

There will be a $5.00 holiday surcharge added to all visits scheduled on the following holidays in 2021: Easter Day, Sunday, April 4th, Memorial Day, Monday, May 31st, Independence Day, Sunday, July 4th, Labor Day, Monday, September 6th, Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 25th, Christmas Eve, Friday, December 24th, Christmas Day, Saturday, December 25th, Friday, New Years Eve, December 31st and Saturday, New Years Day, January 1, 2022.
